What are your room configurations?
We have fully self-contained 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments.
Every spacious apartment has a modern kitchen with all conveniences, such as microwave oven, full size fridge, full size oven and dishwasher. A fully equipped laundry is also included in every apartment with a washing machine, clothes dryer and ironing facilities.

Are there any penthouse apartments ?
Yes, Key Largo Holiday Apartments offer a 2 bedroom penthouse apartment, offering amazing ocean views.

How far are you from the Airport ?
The Sunshine Coast Airport is only a short drive of about 12 kms north of Key Largo Holiday Apartments, while both the Brisbane Domestic and International Airports are around 100kms (1 hour + 15 minutes) drive. Shuttle buses are available from both Airports direct to Key Largo Apartments.

What facilities are nearby?
Key Largo Holiday Apartments are perfectly located close to many local facilities including Maroochydore Public Library, Cotton Tree Swan Bowls Club, Cotton Tree Olympic Swimming Pool, Cotton Tree Park, Mooloolaba Surf Club, Alex Surf Club and Maroochydore Surf Club. Many of the Sunshine coast's best restaurants and shopping are within walking distance. There is also the Alex Hotel including the Blue Bar lounge, and BWS bottleshop only a few minutes walk away.

How close is the beach?
Straight across the road! Key Largo is located between the patrolled beaches of Maroochydore and Alexandra Headland, with a popular surfing beach opposite Key Largo, and a short walk to the lifesaver patrolled beaches.

How close is the shopping?
The Sunshine Coast's largest shopping complex, Sunshine Plaza, is only 3-4 minutes drive. Maroochydore CBD is on your door-step.
Walk in any direction and you will find everything from convenience stores to exclusive boutiques.

Are your apartments close to restaurants?
Key Largo Holiday Apartments are just a short stroll to some of the Sunshine Coast's most popular restaurants, but also in easy reach of the fine dining restaurants at Mooloolaba or Noosa.

Are there any good fishing spots nearby?
The Mouth of the Maroochy River is only a few minutes away, which offers some of the best shore fishing on the Sunshine Coast. You can also try your hand with an early morning beach fish directly opposite Key Largo! We can also arrange chartered tours of the top local fishing spots.

Are there any good walks close by?
Yes. Cotton Tree to Mooloolaba is fully pathed, so you can walk along the beachfront both ways for several kilometres. Great for a relaxing walk and perfect for the fitness fanatic's morning jog!

Is there public transport?
Yes. The local SunBus service stops close by, and services the entire Sunshine Coast - Caloundra to Noosa - as well as services to Brisbane and the Airport.
The Sunshine Coast also offers a convenient taxi service covering the entire coast.
